Salaam Memsaab
''Salaam Memsaab'' is a 1979 Hindi-language comedy drama film directed by Asrani. Story Radha (Zarina Wahab) and Sunder (Asrani) and a child (Master Jeetu), are street singers, who earn their living singing and dancing on streets, especially in the posh area near the Taj Mahal Intercontinental Hotel opposite Gateway of India in Bombay, India. Radha is pretty much down to earth and is content with living this life, working hard. But Sunder has big dreams of becoming rich, wealthy, and famous - quickly. Govardhan Asrani (born 1 January 1940), popularly known simply as Asrani, is an Indian actor and director whose Bollywood career has spanned five decades. He has acted in over 350 Hindi films. Asrani has played the lead roles, character roles, comedic roles and supporting roles. He is best known for his role in ''Sholay'' as a jailer and characters he played in 25 films with Rajesh Khanna in lead role between 1972 to 1991. Majrooh Sultanpuri
Asrar ul Hassan Khan (1 October 1919 − 24 May 2000), better known as Majrooh Sultanpuri, was an Indian Urdu poet and lyricist in India's Hindi language film industry. He wrote Hindustani lyrics for numerous Hindi film soundtracks. He was one of the dominating musical forces in Indian cinema in the 1950s and early 1960s, and was an important figure in the Progressive Writers' Movement. Mohammed Rafi (24 December 1924 – 31 July 1980) was an Indian playback singer and musician. He is considered to have been one of the greatest and most influential singers of the Indian subcontinent. Bhupinder Singh (born Bhupinder Soin, 6 February 1940 – 18 July 2022) was an Indian musician, a ghazal singer and also a Bollywood playback singer. Early life Bhupinder Singh was born in Amritsar, Punjab to Natha Singhji, a musician and his introducer to music. Bhupinder's father was a stern teacher, and at one point, he detested music and its instruments. Music career Singh started his career as a casual artist for All India Radio under the direction of Satish Bhatia. He also worked at Doordarshan Center, New Delhi. He also learnt guitar.
