Saif Ahmad (cricketer)
Saif Ahmad (born 11 April 1998) is a Danish cricketer, who plays for the national team. In April 2018, he was named in Denmark's squad for the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Four tournament in Malaysia. He played in Denmark's opening match of the tournament, against Bermuda. He was the leading wicket-taker for Denmark in the tournament, with ten dismissals in five matches. In September 2018, Ahmad was named in Denmark's squad for the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Oman. He was again Denmark's leading wicket-taker in the tournament, with eleven dismissals in five matches. In May 2019, he was named in Denmark's squad for the Regional Finals of the 2018–19 ICC T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier tournament in Guernsey. 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier
The 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier was a cricket tournament that was played as part of qualification process for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. The sub regional tournaments were scheduled to take place in June and July 2021 in Finland and Belgium, with the regional final taking place in October 2021 in Spain. In April 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted full international status to Twenty20 men's matches played between member sides from 1 January 2019 onwards. Therefore, all the matches in the Regional Qualifiers were played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). The 2022 Canada Cricket World Cup Challenge League A was played in Canada in July and August 2022. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. A Twenty20 International (T20I) is a form of cricket, played between two of the international members of the International Cricket Council (ICC), in which each team faces a maximum of twenty overs. The matches have top-class status and are the highest T20 standard. The game is played under the rules of Twenty20 cricket.
