Rod Boleche Hobe
Shayan Chowdhury Arnob, known professionally as Arnob, is a Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, musician, painter, filmmaker, animator and producer. Arnob was the founder of indie folk band ''Bangla'' which stayed active for a decade before going into hiatus in the late 2000s. Arnob continued performing with some of the band members as ''Arnob and Friends''. He also briefly collaborated with ''Prayer Hall'', a Bangladeshi rock band. Arnob gained nationwide recognition as a solo artist for his title track '' She Je Boshe Ache'' for the 2004 TV drama ''Offbeat''. The song also appeared in his first solo album ''Chaina Bhabish,'' released in 2005. This album was followed by his two notable solo albums ''Hok Kolorob and'' '' Doob,'' cementing his position as a prominent musician in Bangladesh''.'' Doob (album)
''Doob (ডুব)'' is the third studio album by Bangladeshi singer, songwriter Arnob, released by BMC in 3 April 2008 and was sponsored by Nokia. The recording of this album started in October 2007 and ended in March 2008. Followed up by '' Hok Kolorob'', which contained songs which were written in the 1990s, this album contained new songs completely. Though it didn't match the success of '' Chaina Bhabish'' and ''Hok Kolorob'', this album also contained great hits like "Shopno Debe Doob (Dreams Will Dive)", "Adhkana (Half-Blind)", "Chai (I Want)" and "Rastai (On the Road)". It also featured "Noyon Tomare (Oh Eyes You)", a rabindra sangeet classic and the first one recorded by Arnob. The album has sold about 80,000 copies in Bangladesh. Souls (band)
Souls is a Bangladeshi rock band formed in Chittagong in 1972. History In 1972, singer Tajul Imam, guitarists Sajedul Alam and Momtazul Hoque Lulu, bassist Subrata Barua Ronny, and drummer/keyboardist Ahmed Newaz formed Souls. In 1982, Naseem Ali Khan and Ayub Bachchu joined. The band started writing and composing their own songs while performing cover songs of western bands in hotels. In 1982, they released their debut album, ''Super Souls'', which was one of the first albums released by a music group in Bangladesh, along with the debut album of the band Shocking Blue. The album features the song " Mon Shudhu Mon Chuyeche", written and composed by Naquib Khan and Tapan Chowdhury on the vocals of the song. The Kumar Bishwajit song " Torey Putuler Moto Kore Shajiye" is a Souls track from their debut album. Tapan Chowdhury (singer)
Tapan Chowdhury (born 7 January) is a Bangladeshi musician. He is a former member of the musical group Souls and is known for his modern (Adhunik) songs. He won Best Male Singer in 1st Meril-Prothom Alo Awards in 1998. Career Chowdhury was trained by Ustad Priyadaranjan Sen, Ustad Mihirlala and Pandit Sanjit Dey. He started his career with Souls and worked for the band for 22 years. Later, he started to work as a solo singer. He performed as a playback singer for more than 300 films. Souls Tapan Chowdhury joined Souls towards the end of 1973, after Naquib Khan joined the band.
