Rizwan Ahmed (bureaucrat)
Rizwan Ahmed is a retired grade 22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service who served as a Federal Secretary, and is currently serving as Member Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) since December 2022. He did his two-year Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University and joined the civil service in 1988. He was promoted to the country's highest civil service rank of grade 22 in 2017. He first came to the fore when he saved more than PKR 7 billion of the national exchequer through a sweeping anti-corruption drive and commodity financing operation during his tenure as Chairman of the Trading Corporation of Pakistan. Sindh Public Service Commission
The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is a provincial agency of Government of Sindh that is responsible for recruiting civil servants and bureaucrats for the Government of Sindh. History The Public Service Commission was set up for the first time in British India in 1926. After independence, the commission was established in Pakistan in 1947. At present, the commission is functioning under article 242 of the constitution of Pakistan. It has been provided autonomy under the Rules of Business, 1973 and FPSC Regulations, 1978 in its working. Naveed Kamran Baloch is a retired Pakistani civil servant who served in BPS-22 grade as the Cabinet Secretary and Finance Secretary of Pakistan. Rahim Yar Khan () is a city in Punjab province of Pakistan. It is the 9th largest city of Pakistan by population. It is the capital of the Rahim Yar Khan District and Rahim Yar Khan Tehsil.
