Sikandar Sultan Raja
Sikandar Sultan Raja is a retired Pakistani civil servant who serves as the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, in office since January 2020. He belongs to the Pakistan Administrative Service and is batchmates with Rizwan Ahmed, Hussain Asghar, Fawad Hasan Fawad and Jawad Rafique Malik. Raja retired from civil service in BPS-22 grade. He has the honour of having served at the top bureaucratic positions such as the Railways Secretary, Petroleum Secretary, SAFFRON Secretary, Federal Secretary Aviation and Chief Secretary of both Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Hussain Asghar is a retired Pakistani police officer who serves as Deputy Chairman National Accountability Bureau, appointed and took charge in April 2019. Asghar is member of the 15th CTP and is batchmates with Sikandar Sultan Raja, Rizwan Ahmed, Allah Dino Khawaja and Jawad Rafique Malik and retired from active police service in BPS-22 grade. Asghar has previously served as Inspector General of Police in the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan and as Director Federal Investigation Agency. King Edward Medical University (KEMU) () is a public medical university located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Founded in 1860, the university is named after King Edward VII. Established by the British Raj, named as Lahore Medical School. In 1868, the University of Dublin granted students of the Lahore Medical School ”privilege similar to the granted to students from English schools”. In 1871, the university added Mayo Hospital as an affiliated hospital, replacing the existing Anarkali Dispensary. The Chief Secretary Sindh (Urdu: ), also referred to as CS Sindh, is the chief and highest-ranking official of the Government of Sindh. The federal secretary (also referred to as the secretary to the Government of Pakistan) is the highest-ranking position in the Government of Pakistan, occupied by the most senior civil servant in a specific ministry or division. Grade 22
Grade 22 (also referred to as BPS-Apex) is the highest attainable rank for a Civil Servant in Pakistan. Grade 22 is equal to a 4-star rank of the Pakistan Armed Forces. With over five hundred thousand civil servants and bureaucrats in Pakistan, only a few dozen officers serve in BPS-22 grade at a given time. Hence, not even 0.008% of the country's civil servants and/or bureaucrats make it to the highest rank. Officers serving in BPS-22 grade are largely considered to be the most influential individuals in the country. Each officer who reaches Grade-22 has, on average, a civil service career spanning over 30 years to 32 years.
