Ryan Dillon
Ryan Dillon (born May 25, 1988) is an American puppeteer who has worked as an ensemble muppeteer for the Jim Henson Company since 2005. He also played Cooper and Paul Ball for the interactive series Sesame Street TV for Xbox Kinect, and appeared on all four seasons of the new CBeebies and co-productions of ''Sesame Street'', ''The Furchester Hotel'', and ''The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo'' as Elmo. In March 2017, Dillon was nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in Children's Programming. Background and career Dillon was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Muppets are a group of puppet characters created by Jim Henson, many for the purpose of appearing on the children's television program ''Sesame Street''. Richard Hunt (August 17, 1951 – January 7, 1992) was an American puppeteer, best known as a Muppet performer on ''Sesame Street'', ''The Muppet Show'', ''Fraggle Rock'', and other projects for The Jim Henson Company. His roles on ''The Muppet Show'' included Scooter, Statler, Janice, Beaker, and Sweetums and characters on ''Sesame Street'' include Gladys the Cow, Don Music, and Forgetful Jones. Christmas Elf
In English-speaking cultures, a Christmas elf is a diminutive elf that lives with Santa Claus at the North Pole and acts as his helper. ''John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean'' is an Off Broadway musical about fish. It was written by and stars John Tartaglia, whose previous theatre acting credits include ''Avenue Q'' and ''Beauty and the Beast''. The show played at New World Stages, which is also where the show that launched his career, ''Avenue Q'', played. The book is by Tartaglia, and the musical score is by William Wade. Like ''Avenue Q'', ''ImaginOcean'' utilizes puppetry, but unlike that show, ''ImaginOcean'' is aimed at children and the actors performing the puppets are not seen onstage.
