The third season of ''Canada's Drag Race'' premiered on July 14 and concluded on September 8, 2022. The season airs on Crave (TV network), Crave in Canada, BBC Three in the United Kingdom and WOW Presents Plus internationally. Casting for the third season started late 2021 and the twelve contestants were announced on June 15, 2022. The winner of the third season of ''Canada’s Drag Race'' was Gisèle Lullaby, with Jada Shada Hudson as runner-up. Vivian Vanderpuss was named Miss Congeniality, although her win was announced by the producers on the show's social media channels rather than in the finale episode. Following the Death and state funeral of Elizabeth II, death of Elizabeth II, Queen Elizabeth II on September 8, 2022, the broadcast of the finale was delayed in the United Kingdom during the period of national mourning. Miss Fiercalicious is the stage name of Paulo Fortes (born August 7, 1996), a Canadian drag performer who competed on the Canada's Drag Race (season 3), third season of ''Canada's Drag Race'' and the The Traitors (Canadian season 1), first season of ''The Traitors (Canadian TV series), The Traitors Canada''. Education Fortes studied at the University of Western Ontario where he majored in Biology, and minored in French. Career Miss Fiercalicious competed on Canada's Drag Race (season 3), season 3 of ''Canada's Drag Race'', placing in the top four. Brooke Lynn Hytes is the stage name of Brock Edward Hayhoe (born March 10, 1986), a Canadian drag queen, ballet dancer, performer, and television personality.
