RosielisSometimes written as Rosielys Coromoto Quintana Mendoza. Coromoto Quintana Mendoza (born 2000) is a Venezuelan weightlifter. She is a three-time medalist, including gold, at the Pan American Weightlifting Championships. She is also a two-time silver medalist at the Bolivarian Games. Career Quintana competed in the women's 45kg event at the 2019 World Weightlifting Championships in Pattaya, Thailand. She won the silver medal in the women's 45kg event at the 2021 Pan American Weightlifting Championships held in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She competed in the women's 45kg event at the 2021 World Weightlifting Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Quintana won two silver medals at the 2022 Bolivarian Games held in Valledupar, Colombia. Olympic Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the snatch and the clean and jerk. The ''snatch'' is a wide-grip lift, in which the weighted barbell is lifted overhead in one motion. The ''clean and jerk'' is a combination lift, in which the weight is first taken from the ground to the front of the shoulders (the clean), and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk). San Carlos de Bariloche, usually known as Bariloche (), is a city in the province of Río Negro Province, Río Negro, Argentina, situated in the foothills of the Andes on the southern shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake.
