Rodrigo Salinas (comedian)
Rodrigo Salvador Salinas Marambio (born 1 February 1975), also known as ''Guatón Salinas'' (lit: Fatty Salinas), is a Chilean cartoonist, writer, actor and comedian, well-known for being one of the founders of the art collective ''La Nueva Gráfica Chilena'' and for being a singer-songwriter, director, and voice actor of the children's program 31 Minutos. He is also part of the cast of the comedy space ''El club de la comedia''. Biography He is the son of Luis Enrique Salinas Campos (dirigent of the MAPU OC) and MarÃa Angélica Marambio DÃaz. He received the middle name Salvador, in homage to Chilean ex-president Salvador Allende, and the first name Rodrigo, in homage to Rodrigo Ambrosio, founder of the MAPU. He studied in the San Ignacio school from first grade up until 12th grade, after which he went to the University of Chile, where he graduated in the arts. Chileans ( es, Chilenos) are people identified with the country of Chile, whose connection may be residential, legal, historical, ethnic, or cultural. Eduardo Alfredo Juan Bernardo Frei Ruiz–Tagle (; born 24 June 1942) is a Chilean politician and civil engineer who served as president of Chile from 1994 to 2000. Andrés PÃo Bernardino Chadwick Piñera (born 2 January 1956) is a Chilean right-wing politician and lawyer, member of the Independent Democrat Union (UDI) party. José Antonio Viera-Gallo Quesney (born 2 December 1943) is a Chilean politician. Before turning 30, Viera-Gallo was a Member of Congress during the left-wing elected government of president Salvador Allende, representing the Socialist Party of Chile. Following the 1973 coup by General Augusto Pinochet, he was among those persecuted by the new regime. Like other left-wing ousted politicians, he sought refuge in a foreign diplomatic mission, specifically the Apostolic Nunciature, where he lived for over six months. With the help of then Apostolic Nuncio Angelo Sodano (who would later rise to the rank of cardinal in the Catholic hierarchy), Viera-Gallo was able to obtain safe passage out of Chile, and moved to exile in Rome, Italy.
