Rehman Dakait
Sardar Abdul Rehman Baloch alias Rehman Dakait ( ur, ) was a Pakistani gangster based in Karachi's Lyari neighbourhood who formed the Peoples' Aman Committee. In urban Karachi, he is a mythical figure from the feared but not talked about underworld. Dakait was a cousin of Sardar Uzair Jan Baloch, who is in the custody of law enforcement. Early life Baloch was born in 1980 to Dad Muhammad and Khadija Bibi. His father, Dad Muhammad, and paternal uncle, Sheru, had been involved in drug smuggling since 1964. They were challenged by Kala Nag, who was later killed in a police encounter. Baloch started peddling drugs from a young age. He is claimed to have stabbed a man when he was just 13. In 1995, some also claim he murdered his mother. It is speculated that she was involved with a rival gang member. After Haji Laloo's arrest in 2001, Baloch replaced him as the chief of Laloo's gang. Lyari (Urdu: ; sd, لیاري) is a historic locality in Karachi, Pakistan. Encounter Killings By Police
Encounter killing is a term used in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka since the late 20th century to describe extrajudicial killings by the police or the armed forces, supposedly in self-defence, when they encounter suspected gangsters or terrorists in a shootout situation. Sometimes policemen are also killed by criminals in encounters. Uzair Jan Baloch (Urdu/ bal, عزیر جان بلوچ) is a Pakistani gangster and former crime boss, crime lord originally from Karachi, Pakistan. He was a key figurehead of Karachi underworld and notorious Gang, gang war in his hometown, Lyari Town, Lyari, at his peak around 2012. Peoples' Aman Committee
The Peoples' Aman Committee ( ur, پیپلز امن کمیٹی) was an alleged militant group tied to the Pakistan People's Party and based in Karachi, Pakistan. The PAC was founded by the infamous Karachi gangster Rehman Dakait in 2008 and is accused of being involved in organized crime and gang wars. After Rehman's death in 2009, leadership of the group was taken over by Uzair Baloch. Zulfiqar Mirza (Urdu: ) is a Pakistani politician who is currently affiliated with the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA). He is from Badin District, Sindh, Pakistan.
