Razif Onn
Razif Onn is a professional football coach from Singapore. Warriors FC First taking the reins of Warriors FC in 2015 right before the end of the season, he was in charge of them for five games. Calculated in total, he lost three, won one, and drew one despite winning the first game, a 2–0 victory over Hougang United. In the end, they finished fifth and the youth coach asseverated that it was unequivocally 'unacceptable' for a club like Warriors FC. On their last fixture, Geylang International beat them 6–0 as well. After Jörg Steinebrunner's unheralded departure in May 2016, Onn was appointed coach of Warriors FC;there was already speculation about Onn's return anyway. Warriors FC
Warriors Football Club is a Singaporean professional football club that played in the Singapore Premier League, the top division of football in Singapore. Before changing their name on 20 January 2013, they were previously known as the Singapore Armed Forces Football Club (SAFFC) since their establishment on 16 February 1996. Despite their name back then, not all players from the team came from the Armed Forces. Some were internationals and others were foreign. The club's original choice of mascot was a wolf, but club officials chose a rhinoceros, which represents discipline, spirit, courage and teamwork. Hougang United
Hougang United Football Club is a Singaporean professional football club that competes in the Singapore Premier League. History Hougang United Football Club was founded as Marine Castle United Football Club, which was formed by Newcastle United fans in the Marine Parade area. Upon successful entry into the S.League in 1998, the club struggled in its early foray in the first few years, finishing in the bottom two for the next four seasons. Marine Castle changed its name to Sengkang Marine Football Club in 2002 and finished in 8th position consecutively, its highest ever finish in its short history. Geylang International Football Club is a professional football club based in Bedok, Singapore, which plays in the Singapore Premier League, the top division of football in Singapore. The club was founded in 1973 with the purpose of building a successful football team that would be remembered for generations to come. Jörg Steinebrunner
Jörg Peter Steinebrunner (born 22 October 1971) is a German football coach. He is currently the head coach of Angthong. Playing career As a player he has played for FC Schönau, SC Freiburg Amateure, SG Lörrach-Stetten, Freiburger FC and Old Boys Basel. He also has played in Singapore, for Tanjong Pagar United FC where he won the Singapore FA Cup and the Singapore League Cup with them. Singapore Cup
The Singapore Cup is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic Singaporean football. Established in 1998, it is the foremost football cup competition in the country. It is open to clubs in the Singapore Premier League. Since 2005, foreign teams from other countries in Southeast Asia are occasionally invited to compete in the Singapore Cup. Chonburi Province FC from Thailand was the first foreign club reaching the final in 2006 (they lost 3–2 in the final to local club Tampines Rovers). In 2009, Bangkok Glass became the second foreign team to reach the final, losing against local club Geylang United, but they beat Tampines Rovers in 2010 to become the first foreign winners of the Singapore Cup. Singapore League Cup
The Singapore League Cup was an annual soccer competition in Singapore. It was launched in 2007, and was open to teams who play in the S.League. The 2007 competition was sponsored by SingTel, and officially titled the SingTel League Cup. Eight of the twelve S.League teams took part in the 2007 tournament, which was held before the start of the S.League season proper. In 2008, the competition's official sponsored name was the Avaya-J&J League Cup (with sponsorship coming from Avaya and Jebsen & Jessen Communications). All twelve S.League teams took part in the 2008 tournament. Unlike the 2007 event, the 2008 competition was held during the S.League season. Shahril Ishak (born 23 January 1984) is a Singaporean football player who last played for Hougang United in the Singapore Premier League. He is a natural central midfielder who can also play as a striker or winger. A former captain of the Singapore national football team and winner of the AFF Suzuki Cup MVP, Shahril led Singapore to become the first nation to win four titles in the tournament's history. Baihakki bin Khaizan (born 31 January 1984) is a former Singaporean professional footballer who played as a centre back for the Singapore national team. Mirko Grabovac
Mirko Grabovac (born 19 September 1971) is a Croatian former professional football player and coach. He had changed his nationality to Singaporean in 2001 in order to play for the Singapore national football team before renouncing it in 2008. Playing career Club Grabovac was the top scorer in Singapore's S.League in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 while playing for the Singapore Armed Forces FC (SAFFC), and again in 2005 playing for Tampines Rovers.
