Raza Hasan
Raza Hasan ( ur, ; born 8 July 1992) is a Pakistani first-class cricketer. He bowls left-arm orthodox spin and can also bowl the doosra which turns the other way (into the right hand batsman). He was selected to play for the Pakistani national team in replacement of Danish Kaneria for the tour of England in 2010, along with another spinner, Saeed Ajmal. Along with Hasan, another change to the test squad was the addition of veteran Mohammad Yousuf, who retired earlier in the year. Raza was backed by Ijaz Ahmed at the start of his career. In September 2012, Hasan made his T20 international debut when he played against Australia in the first game of the Australia-Pakistan T20 series in the UAE. He got two wickets in the match. He made his One Day International debut for Pakistan against Australia in the United Arab Emirates on 10 October 2014. 2018 Pakistan Cup
The 2018 Pakistan Cup was the third edition of the Pakistan Cup, a List A cricket competition which was contested between five teams. It was held from 25 April to 6 May 2018, with all the matches played at the Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad. Federal Areas were the defending champions. Federal Areas were the first team to advance to the final, after they beat Punjab by 7 wickets. They were joined in the final with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, after the last group stage match, between Punjab and Sindh, finished as a tie. Federal Areas Cricket Team
Federal Areas was a first-class cricket team in Pakistan based in the capital, Islamabad. Since February 2008 they have played 16 first-class matches in four seasons of the Pentangular Cup. Their home ground was the Diamond Club Ground in Islamabad. Background When the Pakistan Cricket Board revamped the Pentangular Cup for the 2007-08 season, they created the Federal Areas team to make a fifth competitor alongside the teams from the four provinces. In order to make the competition even, "the Pakistan Cricket Board selected the top 75 Quaid-e-Azam players plus 20 juniors and divided them mong the five teams mostly on a regional basis but reallocating some to strengthen the weaker sides." The 2017–18 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy was the 60th edition of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, Pakistan's domestic first-class cricket competition. It was contested by 16 teams representing eight regional associations and eight departments, and took place from 26 September to 25 December 2017, spanning almost two weeks less than originally planned. Twenty20
Twenty20 (T20) is a shortened game format of cricket. At the professional level, it was introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for the inter-county competition.
