Ray Arthur Wang, born Raymond Wang (pronounced Wong), is an American independent filmmaker. Personal life Wang was born and raised in Livermore, California, where he graduated from Livermore High School. In 1999, he acquired his B.S. in electrical engineering and computer Science with music minor from University of California, Berkeley. He went on to receive his M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering at Stanford University, where he researched wireless communication under the guidance of Donald C. Cox with the support of the National Science Foundation Fellowship and Stanford Graduate Fellowship ( Ric Weiland Family Fellow). Film career Wang pursued a career in electrical engineering but was increasingly moved by social injustices around him. Livermore-Amador Symphony
The Livermore-Amador Symphony is a local symphony orchestra composed of musicians from the Tri-Valley in the San Francisco Bay Area, United States. The Symphony was established in 1963, drawing mainly from the amateur musicians in Livermore, California, and surrounding cities. Early life Horse was born Michael James Heinrich near Tucson, Arizona, on December 21, 1949. At age 10, Horse moved to Los Angeles. His mother, Nancie Belle Posten, was Swedish. The World's Ugliest Dog Contest is an annual contest held in Petaluma, California, as part of the Sonoma-Marin Fair, to decide which of the dogs entered in the contest is the ugliest. The contest, along with the rest of the fair, is typically scheduled for the fourth week of June. Along with the title of “The World’s Ugliest Dog” the winner’s owner receives a check for $1,000 and a trophy As of 2017, the prize has been increased to $1,600, a trophy and a free trip to New York City. Wen Ho Lee or Li Wenho (; born December 21, 1939) is a Taiwanese-American scientist who worked for the University of California at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. He created simulations of nuclear explosions for the purposes of scientific inquiry, as well as for improving the safety and reliability of the U.S. nuclear arsenal.
