Rahnaward Zaryab ( prs, رهنورد زریاب) full name Muhammad Azam Rahnaward Zaryab (), (August 1944 – 10 December 2020) was novelist, short story writer, and journalist from Afghanistan literary critic/scholar. Biography He was born in 1944, in the Rika Khana neighbourhood of Kabul, Afghanistan, to a family of Sunni Hazaras. He was married to Spôjmaï Zariâb with whom he has three daughters. He received a degree in journalism from Kabul University, and pursued further education in Wales and New Zealand. Zaryab wrote in Farsi, the variety of the Persian language spoken in Afghanistan. On his return to Afghanistan in the early 1970s he took a job with the prominent Zhwandoon Magazine as a crime reporter. He has said that he sought the job because it gave him material for his stories. Mohammad Akram Osman (May 2, 1937 – August 11, 2016) was an Afghans, Afghan short-story writer, novelist and intellectual. He was born in Herat, Afghanistan. He has his PhD from the faculty of Law and political science at Tehran University. He has worked, for years, as narrator and writer of several social – cultural programs in Radio Television Afghanistan, Afghanistan's Radio and Television. He has been head of the Art and Literature Department at Radio Afghanistan for some period.
