Rage (2014 Film)
''Rage'' (''Tokarev'' in Europe) is a 2014 American action crime thriller film directed by Paco Cabezas and written by Jim Agnew and Sean Keller. The film stars Nicolas Cage, Rachel Nichols, Peter Stormare, Danny Glover, Max Ryan, Judd Lormand and Pasha D. Lychnikoff. Plot Paul Maguire and his buddies Kane and Danny live a life of crime. One night, they ambush a Russian mobster, intercepting him when he's on his way to drop off money to his boss. The take is much larger than they imagined; along with a Russian TT pistol, they get away with a briefcase full of cash. It's enough for Paul to leave the life of crime and go legit, but their crime sets off a bloody protracted war between their Irish crime family and the Russian mob. Paco Cabezas (born January 11, 1978) is a Spanish film director and screenwriter, best known for directing ''The Appeared'', ''Rage (2014 film), Rage'' and ''Mr. Right (2015 film), Mr. Right''. Career In 2007, Cabezas wrote and directed Spanish language horror film ''The Appeared'', following that, in 2008, he wrote the screenplay for the Spanish horror comedy film ''Sexykiller''. TT Pistol
The TT-30,, "7.62 mm Tokarev self-loading pistol model 1930", TT stands for Tula-Tokarev) commonly known simply as the Tokarev, is an out-of-production Soviet semi-automatic pistol. It was developed in 1930 by Fedor Tokarev as a service pistol for the Soviet military to replace the Nagant M1895 revolver that had been in use since the Russian Empire, though it ended up being used in conjunction with, rather than replacing, the M1895. It served until 1952, when it was replaced by the Makarov pistol. Rotten Tomatoes is an American review-aggregation website for film and television.
