Queho
Queho (born around 1880; his name was also spelled Quehoe on his grave or Quejo in other sources) was a Native American outlaw and renegade whose exploits became part of Nevada legend. Many deaths were blamed on Queho and so he earned the title of being the first mass murderer in the state of Nevada and "The Mad Indian". Biography Queho was an outcast, being called a "half-breed" in the days when being half Native American was not accepted. Queho's mother was from the Cocopah tribe. Queho was speculated to be partially Mexican, his mother died shortly after birth. Queho took odd jobs around Eldorado Canyon. He is said to have killed his half-brother and a 100-year-old blind Indian known to Queho as Canyon Charlie. Queho had a club foot, which left a distinctive impression when he was being trailed. Buddy Noonan
Buddy Noonan (April 9, 1937 – July 3, 1989), born Earl Seely Noonan in Glendale, California was an American cinematographer, actor, entertainer, and television producer for nationally syndicated television series such as '' The Happy Wanderers'', ''Wanderlust'', and '' The Roving Kind'', shot on location throughout the United States and Mexico. These were distributed by Bill Burrud Productions and originally aired on KCOP-TV in Los Angeles. Noonan appeared in episodes of the Treasure series, later re-run on The Discovery Channel. Career Noonan started his career by acting in The Bogus Green and the Oscar-nominated The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima, in which he says, "Lucía, look! There's our lady on the church roof!" ''Treasure'' is a syndicated American television series created in 1958 by Bill Burrud Productions. The series originally aired on KCOP-TV. It filmed documentaries on buried treasure, lost cities, shipwrecks, and ghost towns. The crew included producer Bill Burrud, Milas Hinshaw, Buddy Noonan, Guy Adenis (who received an Emmy award for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography in 1971 for his work oWildfire!which was narrated by Lorne Greene), Leland W. William James Burrud (January 12, 1925 – July 12, 1990) was a child actor and a television host and producer best known for his travel programs. Biography Born in Hollywood, California, Burrud was a son of Leland Burrud, who had produced one of the earliest known travel films in 1913. Burrud made his first film appearance at the age of 7 in ''Music in the Air''. He also appeared in ''Captains Courageous'' with Spencer Tracy and in several films starring John Wayne.
