Qoorlugud
Qorilugud is a sizeable town in Togdheer region of Somaliland, located north by road from Buuhoodle. It is the second-largest town in Buuhoodle District after the district capital Buuhoodle. Demographics The main inhabitants are the Solomadow branch of the Habr Je'lo, Isaaq. Odanleh
Odanleh, also spelt Odenleh () is a town in Buhoodle District, in the Togdheer region of Somaliland. Recent history In September 2014, the Somaliland Ministry of Interior attempted to establish two polling stations in Qoorlugud and Odanleh to conduct registration for the elections, but the Qoorlugud district council rejected this registration. In April 2015, the Ethiopian army arrested four men for murder in Odanleh. Togdheer
Togdheer ( so, Togdheer, ar, تُوْجْدَيْر, Tūjdayr) is an administrative region ('' gobol'') in central Somaliland. Togdheer is bordered by Maroodi Jeex to the west, Saaxil to the north, Sanaag to the northeast, Sool to the east and Ethiopia to the south. Its capital is Burao. The Districts of Somaliland (also known as local government districts) are second-level administrative subdivisions of Somaliland, below the level of region. There are a total of 22 district, each district is rated A, B, C, or D according to population, budget, and economic scale with the highest being A grade. Buuhoodle ( so, Buuhoodle, ar, بووهودل), also known as Bohotle, is the second largest city in the Togdheer region of Somaliland and also the capital of the Cayn region under Puntland. It is a prominent border town for movements of goods to and from Somaliland and the Somali Region of Ethiopia. The surrounding district is rich in both livestock and fledgeling agriculture. The Mohamed Abokor ( so, Maxamed Abokor, Full Name:'' Muḥammad ibn Abū Bakr ibn Jibrīl ibn Abū Bakr ibn Mūsa ibn ash-Shaykh Isḥāq ibn Aḥmad'') is a Somali clan, and a major sub-division of the Habr Je'lo clan of the Isaaq. The Mohamed Abokor are one of the largest sub-divisions of the Habr Je'lo clan family. They inhabit the Togdheer, Sahil and Sool regions of Somaliland, in addition to the Somali Region of Ethiopia and Isiolo, Kenya, where they form part of the Isahakia community. The Habr Je'lo ( so, Habar Jeclo, ar, هبر جعلو , Full Name: ''Mūsa ibn ash-Shaykh Isḥāq ibn Aḥmad,'' historically known as the Habr Toljaala ( so, Habar Toljeclo) is a major sub-tribe of the wider Isaaq family. Its members form part of the Habr Habushed ( so, Habar Xabuusheed) confederation along with the Ibran, Sanbuur and Tolje’lo. Kulmiye Peace, Unity, And Development Party
The Kulmiye Peace, Unity and Development Party ( so, Xisbiga Kulmiye Nabad, Midnimo iyo Horumarka; ar, حزب التضامن), also known as simply Kulmiye (), is a political party in Somaliland. The party was founded by Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud "Silanyo" in May 2002, ahead of the first municipal elections later that year. The party is mainly supported by people from the Habr Je'lo, Habr Awal and Darod clans. In the presidential elections of 14 April 2003, its candidate Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud "Silanyo" won 42.1% of the popular vote. He was narrowly defeated by Dahir Riyale Kahin. In parliamentary elections held on 29 September 2005, the party won 34.1% of the vote and 28 out of 82 seats.
