''Postkodmiljonären'' (English translation: ''Postcode Millionaire'') is a Swedish game show based on the original British format of ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''. The show debuted on 26 August 2005 and is hosted by Rickard Sjöberg. It is shown every Friday and Saturday from 7:30 PM to 8 PM (UTC+1) on the Swedish commercial television station TV4. The programme is also combined with a lottery, Svenska Postkodlotteriet (''The Swedish Postcode Lottery''), in a twice-weekly format. The original format of the show, broadcast between 2000 and 2003, was known as ''Vem vill bli miljonär?'' and lacked the lottery tie-in. Rickard Sjöberg
Per ''Rickard'' Arvid Sjöberg, (born 12 August 1969) is a Swedish journalist, television presenter and game show host. Since 2005 he is the presenter of TV4's '' Postkodmiljonären''. Sjöberg was born in Södertälje but grew up in Tyresö, between 1991 and 1994, he studied journalist at Södra Vätterbydgens folkhögskola in Jönköping. He started his career at SVT's local office in Jönköping in the summer of 1993. The same year he moved over to TV4 where he was employed as a reporter and presenter of the then newly started local station TV4 Sydost in Växjö Växjö ( ) is a city and the seat of Växjö Municipality, Kronoberg County, Sweden. Alexandra Pascalidou ( el, Αλεξάνδρα Πασχαλίδου; born 17 July 1970) is a Greek-Swedish journalist, television and radio presenter and author. She is also a frequent lecturer and human rights activist. Life and career Pascalidou became known to the public in 1995 when she began hosting the multicultural television show ''Mosaik'' on Sveriges television, SVT, one of Sweden's public service channels. Jonas von Essen (born 24 April 1991) is a Swedish, two-time world memory champion. He was a memory sports player from 2012 to 2015. In April 2019 he co-founded memoryOS, an ed-tech startup developing memory improvement software. Biography He was the third place (behind winner Johannes Mallow and runner-up Simon Reinhard) in the 21st World Memory Championships in December 2012. He won the 22nd World Memory Championships in December 2013, and 24th World Memory Championships in December 2014. A millionaire is an individual whose net worth or wealth is equal to or exceeds one million units of currency. Depending on the currency, a certain level of prestige is associated with being a millionaire. In countries that use the short scale number naming system, a billionaire is someone who has at least a thousand times a million dollars, euros or the currency of the given country.
