Pedro Solberg Salgado
Pedro Salgado Collett Solberg (born 27 March 1986) is a Brazilian male beach volleyball player. Solberg's mother, Isabel Salgado, herself was a successful beach volleyball player and won in 1994 a FIVB World Tour event in Miami. His sisters Maria Clara Salgado and Carolina Solberg Salgado are also beach volleyball players and they play since 2005. Career Solberg won with three different partners the U18 World Championship in 2002 and U21 in 2003 and 2006 in beach volleyball. In 2006 he started with Roberto Lopes at several FIVB World Tour tournaments with a fourth place as best result. In the following two years Pedro Solberg arrived with his new partner Harley Marques nine tournament victories, which were won the 2008 FIVB World Tour and voted "Team of the Year". Swatch FIVB World Tour 2008
The Swatch FIVB World Tour 2008 is an international beach volleyball competition. The tour consists of 15 tournaments with both genders and 9 separate gender tournaments. The top eight finishes that a team has from January 1, 2007 to July 20, 2008, on the Swatch FIVB World Tour (2007 and 2008), SWATCH FIVB World Championships (2007) and on FIVB recognised Continental Championship Finals, counts towards Olympic qualification for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.2008 Olympic qualification systems confirmed for Volleyball and Beach Volleyball FIVB, June 23, 2006 The top 24 teams of each gender will compete in the Beijing Games. There can be a maximum of two teams per country.

Bruno Oscar Schmidt
Bruno Oscar Schmidt (born 6 October 1986) is a Brazilian beach volleyball player. He plays as a right-side defender. Bruno is the nephew of the former Brazilian basketball player Oscar Schmidt and of the TV news announcer Tadeu Schmidt. In 2010, he was named the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Most Improved Player. He was also named the Best Defensive Player in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Schmidt won the gold medal at the 2015 World Championships with his teammate Alison Cerutti in the Netherlands. He won the gold medal at the 2016 Rio olympics with Alison Cerutti. Career Bruno first played volleyball in the hall. Since he did not like the position of the player, he moved to beach volleyball. Ricardo Alex Costa Santos (born January 6, 1975 in Salvador da Bahia) is a beach volleyball player from Brazil. Santos won the silver medal in the men's beach volleyball competition at the 2000 Summer Olympics with partner Zé Marco de Melo. Santos also represented his native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. There he claimed the gold medal, teaming up with Emanuel Rego, with whom he won the world title in October 2003. The same pairing went on to win the bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
