Pachgaon (Manesar)
Pachgaon is a cluster of villages from Manesar in the Gurgaon district of Haryana state, India. It is made up of five small villages and is dominated by members of the Yaduvanshi Ahirs, Ahir community. The villages of Chandla (largest of the five), Fazalwas, Gwalior, Kukrola and Fukharpur are commonly referred to as Pachgaon by locals although they are independent and have their own gram panchayats while Pachgaon is not mentioned in government documents. Manesar is a town and municipal corporation, know new Gurugram City in the Gurugram district of the state of Haryana, India and a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi. The Panchayat raj is a political system, originating from the Indian subcontinent, found mainly in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Palwal is a city and a municipal council. It is the headquarters of Palwal district, the 21st district of Haryana state in northern India. It is a centre of the cotton trade in the area. Ahir or Aheer are a community of traditionally non-elite pastoralists in India, most members of which identify as being of the Indian Yadav community because they consider the two terms to be synonymous.
