Pylyp Vyacheslavovych Budkivskyi ( uk, Пилип В'ячеславович Будківський; born 10 March 1992) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Polissya Zhytomyr. In Russian media and some Ukrainian (Sport Arena) he is also mentioned by Russian variation of his name as Filip. Career From 2011 he played for FC Illichivets Mariupol on loan and in May 2012 he signed a 2-year contract with them to play in the Ukrainian Premier League. Football Club Mariupol ( uk, Футбольний клуб "Маріуполь" ) was a Ukrainian professional football club based in Mariupol, that competed in the Ukrainian Premier League. The club ceased to exist as a result of the Siege of Mariupol, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The siege of Chernihiv was a military engagement in the city of Chernihiv, in Chernihiv Oblast in the north of Ukraine. It began on 24 February 2022, as part of the northeastern Ukraine offensive, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. 2022–23 Ukrainian First League
The 2022–23 Ukrainian First League is the 32nd since its establishment. The league competition consisted of 16 teams. The competition is conducting during the ongoing war with the Russia since late February 2022. It was decided to conduct competitions in two groups. Format Due to the Russo-Ukrainian War, the league competitions changed its usual format. The 2021–22 Ukrainian Premier League season, referred to as the VBet Liha for sponsorship reasons, was the 31st top-level football club competition since the fall of the Soviet Union and the 14th since the establishment of the Ukrainian Premier League.
