Punyasthree
''Punyasthree'' is a 1986 Telugu-language drama film, produced by K. Benarjee under the Pramoda Art Films banner and directed by Ravi Raja Pinisetty. It stars Rajendra Prasad, Murali and Bhavya, with music composed by Chakravarthy. The film is a remake of the Tamil film ''Aval Sumangalithan'' (1985). Plot Babu Rao (Gollapudi Maruthi Rao), a righteous temple watchman, leads a happy life with his wife Parvathi (Annapurna), daughter Lakshmi (Bhavya), and son Balu (Ali). Babu Rao looks at an alliance with Lakshmi. Bhaskar (Murali) is a civil engineer who is raised by a Christian family, Peter (Rajendra Prasad) and his sister Stella (Samyutha). Bhaskar weds Lakshmi and all share blossom of love; Now tragically, Bhaskar sense that he is terminally ill with brain cancer. Being cognizant of it, Lakshmi too dies, showing that the couple is inseparable even in death. Sainath Thotapalli
Sainath Thotapalli (born 27 April 1956) is a well-known writer from the Telugu film industry (also known as Tollywood) and has written for 98 Telugu movies so far including Sitara, Swathimutyam, Swarnakamalam, Swayamkrushi, Sirivennela, Prema, Challenge, Marana Mrudangam, Pavitra Prema and Rakhi among others. He was also long associated with the Mumbai film industry (also known as Bollywood) for movies such as Criminal and Gundagardi. He worked on Padiappa, Veetilo Viseshamga, Madrasi and Villain for the Chennai film industry (also known as Kollywood). Sainath's contribution to Kannada language films (Years 1995-2000) include the only two films that the ex-chief minister Ramakrishna Hegde acted in – Prajashakthi and Marana Mrudanga. Ravi Raja Pinisetty
Ravi Raja Pinisetty is an Indian film director known for his works in the Telugu cinema with actors such as Chiranjeevi, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Mohan Babu, Rajasekhar (actor), Rajasekhar and Daggubati Venkatesh. Some of his major hits include ''Yamudiki Mogudu (1988 film), Yamudiki Mogudu'' with Chiranjeevi, ''Pedarayudu'' with Mohan Babu, ''Bangaru Bullodu (1993 film), Bangaru Bullodu'' with Nandamuri Balakrishna and ''Chanti (1992 film), Chanti'' with Venkatesh. Gadde Rajendra Prasad (born 19 July 1956) is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Telugu films. He is a recipient of four Andhra Pradesh state Nandi Awards, three SIIMA Awards, and three Santosham Film Awards. Prasad made his debut in 1977 with '' Sneham'' and gained recognition with ''Manchu Pallaki'' (1982). Murali Karthikeyan Muthuraman (born 13 September 1960), better known by his stage name Karthik, is an Indian actor, playback singer and politician who works mainly in Tamil cinema. ''Aval Sumangalithan'' () is a 1985 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Visu. The film stars Karthik and Ilavarasi. It was released on 19 July 1985. Annapurna (born Umamaheswari; 17 October 1948), also credited as Annapurnamma, is an Indian actress who appears primarily in Telugu films. Veturi Sundararama Murthy (29 January 1936 – 22 May 2010), known mononymously by his surname Veturi, was an Indian poet, lyricist and journalist who is popular for writing Telugu songs.
