Bhavya
Bhavya is an Indian actress. She has acted in several Kannada and a few Tamil and Telugu movies. She was a top heroine of Kannada cinema during 1985–1992. She switched over to key supporting roles post 2000. She is settled in Mumbai, India and travels frequently to Bangalore for her shoots. Career Bhavya began her career with the Siddalingaiah directorial ''Prema Parva'' opposite Murali in 1983. This was followed by the role of Vishnuvardhan's sister in the multi-starrer ''Kallu Veene Nudiyitu.'' She next starred in a glamorous role in the V. Ravichandran starrer ''Pralayantaka'' and played the harassed daughter-in-law in the ''Baddi Bangaramma'' followed by several medium budget movies with newcomers of the time like Vinod Alva, Vijayakashi, Charan Raj and Arjun Sarja. Avale Nanna Hendthi
''Avale Nanna Hendthi'' () is a 1988 Indian Kannada-language comedy drama film directed by S. Umesh and K. Prabhakar, and produced by Vijay Films. It stars Kashinath (actor), Kashinath and Bhavya. Dealing with the prevalent social issue of Dowry system in India, dowry system, the plot revolves around a man's struggle in getting his sister's Arranged marriage, marriage arranged to fulfill his mother's and sisters-in-law's desire for a dowry, despite being in love himself and wanting to marry first. Mathe Haditu Kogile
''Matthe Hadithu Kogile'' (Kannada: ಮತ್ತೆ ಹಾಡಿತು ಕೋಗಿಲೆ) is a 1990 Indian Kannada film, directed by H. R. Bhargava and produced by S. Shankar. The film stars Vishnuvardhan, Baby Shyamili, Anant Nag, Bhavya and Rupini. The film has musical score by Rajan–Nagendra. The film was a romantic drama. Sangliyana
''Sangliana'' is a 1988 Indian Kannada-language action drama film directed, co-produced and written by P. Nanjundappa. It is loosely inspired by the life story of the cop-turned-politician H. T. Sangliana. The film stars Shankar Nag, Bhavya and Tara, with actor Ambareesh making a special appearance. The film was produced under Pushpagiri Films banner and the music was composed by Hamsalekha. Karunamayi () is a 1987 Indian Kannada-language action drama film directed and co-produced by H. R. Bhargava based on the Kannada novel ''Kesaru Mosaru'' by Kakolu Saroja Rao. The film starred Vishnuvardhan and Bhavya along with Tara, K. S. Ashwath and Shivakumar in supporting roles. The film's music is scored by Rajan–Nagendra whilst the cinematography is by D. V. Rajaram who also co-produced the film.
