Sainath Thotapalli
Sainath Thotapalli (born 27 April 1956) is a well-known writer from the Telugu film industry (also known as Tollywood) and has written for 98 Telugu movies so far including Sitara, Swathimutyam, Swarnakamalam, Swayamkrushi, Sirivennela, Prema, Challenge, Marana Mrudangam, Pavitra Prema and Rakhi among others. He was also long associated with the Mumbai film industry (also known as Bollywood) for movies such as Criminal and Gundagardi. He worked on Padiappa, Veetilo Viseshamga, Madrasi and Villain for the Chennai film industry (also known as Kollywood). Sainath's contribution to Kannada language films (Years 1995-2000) include the only two films that the ex-chief minister Ramakrishna Hegde acted in – Prajashakthi and Marana Mrudanga. His association with the Kannada film industry has been for 14 Kannada films so far including Halunda Tavaru, Lion Jagapathi Rao among others. Swarnakamalam
''Swarnakamalam'' () is a 1988 Indian Telugu-language dance film written and directed by K. Viswanath. The film stars Venkatesh and Bhanupriya in the lead, while Sharon Lowen appears in a special role. The choreography is helmed by Kelucharan Mohapatra, and soundtrack is composed by Ilaiyaraaja. The song sequences were extensively shot at the Valley of Flowers National Park, the Nanda Devi National Park, the Shanti Stupa and Bhringesvara Siva Temple at Dhauli; and other locations in Visakhapatnam. ''Gundagardi'' () is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language film directed by V. Sai Prasad and produced by M.C. Bokadia, starring Vijayashanti, Raj Babbar and Gulshan Grover with Dharmendra in a supporting role. The film was dubbed in Telugu as ''Gunda Darbar'' and in Tamil as ''Thalaivi''. Plot The two brothers Kalicharan and Narshima cause havoc all over the city. The police call in Karan Singh as the most effective policeman to fight against them. Telugu people ( te, తెలుగువారు, Teluguvāru), or Telugus, or Telugu vaaru, are the largest of the four major Dravidian ethnolinguistic groups in terms of population.
