Businesses have included Bloodbuzz, Breadbox, Burger Stevens, Caspian Kabob, Desi PDX, Fried Egg I'm in Love, Little Conejo, Matt's BBQ, Nico's Ice Cream, and Pastrami Zombie. The pod's patio was expanded and all-weather covering was added in 2019. Outdoor seating was covered and heated, as of 2021. North Portland is one of the six sextants of Portland, Oregon. North Portland is a diverse mixture of residential, commercial, and industrial areas. Boise is a neighborhood in the North and Northeast sections of Portland, Oregon. It is approximately bounded by Interstate 5 on the west, N Skidmore St. on the north, NE Rodney Ave. on the east, and N Kerby St. and NE Fremont St. on the south. The southern portion of N Mississippi Ave. forms the commercial core of the area. The neighborhood was named in honor of Reuben P. Boise, a Portland School Board member during the 1850s.
