The whole sense of identity of the Hispanic population and the Hispanophones is sometimes referred by the term ''Hispanidad'' (Hispanicity). They are also terms used to refer to speakers of the Spanish language and the Spanish-speaking world. The Spanish-speaking regions are: Spain, Hispanic America, Equatorial Guinea, Western Sahara, the Canary Islands, Philippines and the Easter Island.
