Poul Knudsen (born 25 September 1951) is a retired Danish amateur boxer. He participated in the 1972 Olympics in Munich in the middleweight, losing in the quarterfinals to Prince Amartey from Ghana. Prince Amartey (25 June 1944 – 23 September 2022) was a Ghanaian boxer, who won the bronze medal in the middleweight division (– 75 kg) at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.
