''Pong Toss! Frat Party Games'', known in Europe as ''Beer Pong! Frat Party Games'', is a 2008 party video game developed by JV Games for the Wii's WiiWare digital distribution service. The premise is based on the party game beer pong, which requires players to toss ping pong balls into plastic cups filled with alcohol. The developers conducted a test to see how players play beer pong, and implemented motion controls in an attempt to make the game more fun. It was first released in North America in 2008, and then in Europe the following year. The Wii Remote, also known colloquially as the Wiimote, is the primary game controller for Nintendo's Wii home video game console. The Connecticut Attorney General is the state attorney general of Connecticut. The Attorney General is elected to a four-year term. According to state statute, eligibility for the office requires being "an attorney at law of at least ten years' active practice at the bar of this state." A State Supreme Court ruling from 2010, Bysiewicz v. Dinardo Et Al. (SC 18612) attempted to clarify this statute. The court's ruling sets a de facto 10-year residency requirement for candidates and bars those with no litigation experience, although "litigation experience" was left undefined. These requirements are stronger than other states in the area. In New York, the only requirements are being a resident for five years and at least 30 years old.
