Pola De Laviana
Pola de Laviana is one of nine parishes (administrative divisions) in Laviana, a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain. This parish is the most populated of Laviana and it is located in Nalon Valley. Moreover, Pola de Laviana is the capital of the Laviana municipality. The extension of this parish is 9.8 km2 and its population is 9,106 inhabitants (2011). The Parish Pola de Laviana is especially known for its gastronomy. It celebrates the annual religious celebrations of the Virgin of the Otero, the celebrations of the neighborhood of the Pontona, the celebrations on the occasion of the Descent Folkloric of the Nalón, declared of Regional Tourist Interest, the festivities of the Xeronda and The Chalana. Laviana ( Asturian: ''Llaviana'') is a municipality in the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, located in Spain. It is bordered on the north by Bimenes and Nava, on the south by Aller, on the east by Piloña and Sobrescobio, and on the west by San Martín del Rey Aurelio and Mieres. Situated in the basin of the Rio Nalon, it is a terminal for the FC de Langreo railway, now subsumed by FEVE, which connects it to the port of Gijón. Real Titánico
Real Titánico de Laviana is a Spanish football team based in Laviana, in the autonomous community of Asturias. Founded in 1912 and refounded in 1964, the team plays in Tercera División RFEF – Group 2. The club's home ground is '' Estadio Les Tolves'', which has a capacity of 2,000 spectators. History The club was created in 1912 as Titanic de Laviana. King Alfonso XIII accepted the Royal patronage of the club for the Spanish crown in 1922, introducing the term "Real" (Spanish for "Royal") to its name, becoming Real Titanic de Laviana. After the Spanish Civil War, and due to a temporary law forbidding the use of foreign words in football club names, the team's official denomination changed to Real Titánico.
