Pinagsama ( ), is an administrative division in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is an urban barangay located in the western portion of Taguig City. From a thriving community of mixed residential and commercial developments along Circumferential Road 5 (C5), the area has become an important residential, commercial and industrial center in Taguig, and is the second most populated barangay in the city. The McKinley Hill development adjacent to Bonifacio Global City can be found in the barangay, as well as the Arca South mixed-use development. It is bordered by the barangays of Fort Bonifacio to the north, Central Signal Village to the southeast, North Signal Village to the east, Ususan on the northeast and Western Bicutan on the west and southwest. Fort Bonifacio is one of the 28 barangays of Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The financial district of Bonifacio Global City, the Fort Bonifacio military camp and the Manila American Cemetery are under the jurisdiction of the barangay. Arca South is a 74-hectare planned unit development owned by Ayala Land, Inc. located at East Service Road, Barangay Western Bicutan, Taguig. It was formerly part of Food Terminal Inc. before being sold to Ayala Land. History With the decline of FTI, there have been several attempts over multiple Philippines presidential administrations to sell off part of the property, including a public auction in 2009, but they all failed. Circumferential Road 5
Circumferential Road 5 (C-5), informally known as the C-5 Road, is a network of roads and bridges that all together form the fifth beltway of Metro Manila in the Philippines. Spanning some , it connects the cities of Las Piñas, Makati, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, Taguig, and Valenzuela. It runs parallel to the four other beltways around Metro Manila, and is also known for being the second most important transportation corridor after Circumferential Road 4. The route is not yet complete to date, because of certain controversies regarding right of way, but portions of the route are already open for public use.
