Patrick Crosby is an American professional indoor lacrosse Goaltender (box lacrosse), goaltender from Philadelphia, PA. Crosby played collegiate ice hockey for Temple University of the American Collegiate Hockey Association. Crosby has played in the Three Nations Senior Lacrosse League (Akwesasne Mad Mohawks), Quebec Senior Lacrosse League (Vermont Voyageurs), Can-Am Senior B Lacrosse League (Rochester Greywolves , Rochester River Monsters) as well as with the U.S. Indoor Lacrosse National Developmental Team (2009–2011). Crosby was selected to represent Slovakia at the 2011 FIL World Indoor Lacrosse Championship in Prague, CZ. He has played professionally for the Kentucky Stickhorses of the NALL (North American Lacrosse League) where he was selected as the 3rd overall pick in the 2011 Entry Draft. The Philadelphia Wings are a professional box lacrosse team in the East Division of the National Lacrosse League. The Wings have played at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, since the 2018–2019 season. History The Philadelphia Wings were a member of the National Lacrosse League, a professional box lacrosse league in North America starting in 1987. They played at the Spectrum (1987–96) and then at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Quebec Senior Lacrosse League (QSLL) is a senior B box lacrosse league based in Quebec. The league also includes a team based in Ottawa. QSLL is sanctioned by the Fédération de crosse du Québec. Arena Lacrosse League
The Arena Lacrosse League (ALL) is a senior men's semi-professional box lacrosse league based in Canada. The league consists of teams in Ontario and British Columbia. Teams play a 14-game regular season schedule before league playoffs conclude with the ALL Cup. History Founded by Paul St. John in the summer of 2016, the ALL began with six teams for their first season in the winter of 2017. Oshawa Outlaws, Paris RiverWolves, Peterborough Timbermen, Six Nations Snipers, St. Catharines Shockwave and Toronto Monarchs were the original six of the ALL. Oshawa Outlaws defeated the Toronto Monarchs 11-10 in the first league championship game played on April 9, 2017 at Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa. The North American Lacrosse League (NALL) was a professional indoor lacrosse league based in the United States. It was founded in 2011 as North America's fourth professional lacrosse league, after American Lacrosse League (field lacrosse, 1987) Major League Lacrosse (a field lacrosse league) and the National Lacrosse League (the established professional indoor lacrosse organization). 2011 FIL World Indoor Lacrosse Championship
The 2011 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship was the third World Indoor Lacrosse Championship, an international box lacrosse tournament organized by the Federation of International Lacrosse every four years. It took place between 21 and 28 May 2011 in Prague, Czech Republic at the 4,900 seat Eden Arena, an Olympic-sized rink. The Canadian team was the defending champion and for the third time defeated the Iroquois Nationals in the finals, 13–6. The United States defeated the host Czech Republic 16–7 in the bronze medal game. Pool play Eight participating teams were placed in two pools.
