Patricia Kraus
Patricia Kraus (; born 4 January 1964) is a Spanish singer, best known for her participation in the 1987 Eurovision Song Contest. Early life Kraus was born in Milan, Italy. Kraus' father was Alfredo Kraus, a Spanish tenor. As a youngster, Kraus trained as a classical vocalist, but later opted for pop-rock music in preference. Career In 1987, Kraus was chosen internally by TVE as the Spanish representative for that year's Eurovision Song Contest with the song " No estás solo" ("You're Not Alone"). It was not seen by commentators as a Eurovision-friendly song, and at the 1987 Eurovision, held on 9 May in Brussels, could only place 19th out of the 22 entries. The performance is nowadays remembered more for the strange heavy make-up Kraus wore than for the song itself. Kraus released her first self-titled album shortly after her Eurovision appearance. Cadillac (band)
Cadillac were a Spanish pop group, active between 1981 and 1986. They are known internationally for their participation in the 1986 Eurovision Song Contest. The group was founded in Madrid in 1981 by José María Guzmán (vocals/guitar) and Eduardo Ramírez (vocals/bass). They recruited Pedro Sánchez (vocals/keyboards) and Javier de Juan (drums) to form a quartet. Their first album, ''Pensando en tí'', was released later that year to critical approval but only modest sales. Javier de Juan left the group in 1982 and was replaced by Daniel Jacques. Cadillac's second and third albums. ''Llegas de madrugada'' and ''Un día mas'', also failed to sell in large quantities. Ramírez left the group, unhappy with decisions made by their record company, and Pepe Marchante came in as bassist. La Década Prodigiosa
La Década Prodigiosa (; "The Prodigious Decade"), also known as just La Década, is a Spaniards, Spanish music group formed in the mid-Eighties that participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 1988. La Década Prodigiosa came up in 1985 as a project directed by Javier de Juan (Drum kit, drums), Manel Santisteban (piano) and Manuel Aguilar (Bass guitar, bass) to produce an album of Medley (music), medleys of popular Spanish songs from the sixties. Several Session musician, session singers collaborated in this first album, ''Los Años 60, Vol. I''.
