Palestine Cellular Communications Company, trading as Jawwal ( ar, جوال), is the first Palestinian communications company specialized in cellular and wireless communications; assumes its business in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and is one of Paltel Group. History Jawwal was established in 1999, and obtained the first mobile license in the Palestinian Authority Territories selecting the most used system in the world (GSM) as being in line with the accelerated technological developments in the field of communications. The Panama Papers ( es, Papeles de Panamá) are 11.5 million leaked documents (or 2.6 terabytes of data) that were published beginning on April 3, 2016. The papers detail financial and attorney–client information for more than 214,488 offshore entities. The documents, some dating back to the 1970s, were created by, and taken from, former Panamanian offshore law firm and corporate service provider Mossack Fonseca. The documents contain personal financial information about wealthy individuals and public officials that had previously been kept private.
