PAL SECAM RGB Color Cube
Phase Alternating Line (PAL) is a color encoding system for analog television. It was one of three major analogue colour television standards, the others being NTSC and SECAM. In most countries it was broadcast at 625 lines, 50 fields (25 frames) per second, and associated with CCIR analogue broadcast television systems CCIR System B, B, CCIR System D, D, CCIR System G, G, CCIR System H, H, CCIR System I, I or CCIR System K, K. Analog television is the original television technology that uses analog signals to transmit video and audio. Widescreen images are displayed within a set of aspect ratio (image), aspect ratios (relationship of image width to height) used in film, television and computer screens.
