Orange And Lemons
Orange and Lemons is a Filipino pop rock band founded and formed in 1999 by lead vocalist and guitarist Clem Castro along with Ace and JM del Mundo. Former member, Mcoy Fundales served as the lead vocalist and guitarist since its formation until its last reception in 2007. The group's musical genre's been a mix of alternative rock, indie pop and experimental music and heavily influenced by several well-respected bands in different generations like The Smiths, The Beatles and the Eraserheads. The band had released three several albums and gained commercial success with their sophomore album ''Strike Whilst the Iron is Hot'' released in 2005. The group parted ways in 2007 due to musical differences. Following the band's break up several members formed their own groups. Mcoy Fundales formed Kenyo alongside JM and Ace del Mundo. Baliuag, Bulacan
Baliwag or Baliuag, officially the City of Baliwag ( fil, Lungsod ng Baliwag), is a component city in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 168,470 people. Baliuag was founded in 1732 by Augustinian friars and was incorporated by the Spanish Governor-General on May 26, 1733. The Apolinario Mabini Hiking Society, later popularly known as APO Hiking Society, or simply APO, was a Filipino musical group and one of the pillars of Original Pilipino Music (Original Pilipino Music, OPM) composed of Danny Javier†, Jim Paredes, and Boboy Garrovillo. Rico Rene Granados Blanco (born March 17, 1973) is a Filipino singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, actor, endorser and entrepreneur. Marco "Mcoy" Fundales (born 3 November 1977) is a Filipino musician, writer and actor. He was the former lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the popular Pinoy rock band Orange and Lemons. He is currently the lead vocalist of the band Kenyo. His musical influences are the bands like The Smiths, Eraserheads and The Beatles. He was one of the participant of ABS-CBN reality show, Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition Season 2. Care were an English new wave band formed by Paul Simpson and Ian Broudie in 1983 in Liverpool, England. Care was created after the split of the Wild Swans when singer Paul Simpson (also ex-keyboardist for the Teardrop Explodes) came together with guitarist Ian Broudie (previously of Big in Japan and Original Mirrors). The first single was released in June 1983. History Paul Simpson is the vocalist of the Wild Swans, whose songs include the 1981 single "The Revolutionary Spirit". ''Kami nAPO Muna'' is a tribute album to the 1970s Filipino musical group, APO Hiking Society. Released in 2006, the album features covers of APO Hiking Society songs, performed by a number of Filipino bands and artists. It was followed by a second tribute album, ''Kami nAPO Muna ULIT'', in 2007.
