Oh Se-hun (; born 15 January 1999) is a South Korean professional footballer who plays as a forward for J1 League club Machida Zelvia, on loan from Shimizu S-Pulse and the South Korea national team. Club career Ulsan Hyundai A graduate from Hyundai High School in Seoul, in 2018 he signed his first professional contract with K League 1 team Ulsan Hyundai. He was originally set to reinforce the youth squad of the ''Horangi'' in the national reserve league: however, on March 1, 2018, Ulsan's manager Kim Do-hoon caught everyone by surprise by giving Oh his senior debut at only 19 years old, as he chose him for the starting XI against Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors in the first game of the season. AFC U-19 Championship
The AFC U-20 Asian Cup, formerly known as the AFC Youth Championship and AFC U-19 Championship, is a biennial international association football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-20 national teams of Asia. The competition has been held since 1959. Between 1959 and 1978, the tournament was held annually (without qualification); since 1980, it has been held every two years. The 1980 AFC Youth Championship had a qualification stage for first time. The tournament has been played in a number of different formats during its existence. Currently, it consists of two stages, similar to the AFC's other Asian Championship competitions. The qualifying stage is open to all AFC members and the final stage is contested between 16 teams. The 2018 K League 1 was the 36th season of the top division of professional football in South Korea since its establishment in 1983, and the sixth season of the K League 1, former K League Classic. The K League Classic was changed its name to "K League 1" in this season. As the 2018 FIFA World Cup start on 14 June, the last round before stoppage will be held on 19–20 May. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors ( ko, 전북 현대 모터스) is a South Korean professional football club based in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province that competes in the K League 1, the top tier of South Korean football. Kim Do-hoon
Kim Do-hoon (; born 21 July 1970) is a South Korean professional football manager and former player. He was most recently the manager of Singaporean club Lion City Sailors before his 11 August 2022 resignation. Playing career Kim during his playing career had played for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Vissel Kobe, and Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma during his professional career. He also played for the South Korean national team and was a participant during the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. On 28 March 1999, Kim scored the only goal in a 1–0 exhibition win over Brazil. As a result of his goal, South Korea became the first and only Asian nation to defeat Brazil. The R League ( ko, R리그), also known as the Korean Professional Football Reserve League, is the league for reserve teams of professional association football clubs in South Korea. The league started in 1990 with five reserve teams of K League member clubs: POSCO Atoms, Yukong Elephants, Daewoo Royals, Hyundai Horang-i and Lucky-Goldstar Hwangso. Pohang Steelworks won the inaugural title, finishing two point ahead of Yukong Elephants to lift the crown. But league was shortlived for only one year and reserve teams participated in semi-professional tournaments such as the National Football Championship. 2020 AFC U-23 Championship
The 2020 AFC U-23 Championship was the fourth edition of the AFC U-23 Championship, the biennial international age-restricted football championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-23 national teams of Asia. A total of 16 teams competed in the tournament. It took place between 8–26 January 2020 in Thailand. The tournament acted as the AFC qualifiers for the 2020 Summer Olympics men's football tournament. The top three teams of the tournament would qualify for the Olympics in Japan as the AFC representatives. As Japan had already qualified as the hosts, had they reached the semi-finals, the other semi-finalists were guaranteed qualification even before the phase would have commenced. The AFC U-23 Asian Cup, previously the AFC U-22 Championship (in 2013) and AFC U-23 Championship (between 2016 and 2020), is a biennial international football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-23 national teams of Asia. Each even-yeared edition of the tournament is linked to the qualification process for the Olympic Games, such as in 2016 and 2020, from which the top 3 teams qualified. The first edition was initially set to be held in 2013 and its qualification matches in 2012, but the finals tournament was postponed to be played in January 2014 due to the 2013 EAFF East Asian Cup.
