Odisha Women's Football Team
The Odisha women's football team ( or, ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମହିଳା ଫୁଟବଲ ଟୀମ୍) is an Indian women's football team representing the state of Odisha, India. The Football Association of Odisha, a state association of All India Football Federation, manages the team. The team competes as a member of the All India Football Federation, in the Senior Women's National Football Championship, the topmost women's knock-out league of Indian football. Stadium Established in 1978, the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, serves as the home ground of Odisha. The 15,000-capacity stadium has hosted several national and international tournaments including the I-League, Super Cup, and Women's Gold Cup. It is scheduled to host the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup. The stadium is also the home base for the national and youth team camps. Kalinga Stadium
The Kalinga Stadium is a multi-purpose International stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Its foundation stone was laid by former chief minister of Odisha Late Biju Patnaik in 1978. It is the home ground of the I League Club Indian Arrows since 2018 & the Indian Super League Club Odisha FC since its inception in 2019. It is situated in the heart of Bhubaneswar near Nayapalli area. It has facilities for athletics, football, field hockey, tennis, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, Wall climbing and swimming. Manisha Panna (born 20 April 1991) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for East Coast Railway and the India women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2015–16 AFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament. She previously played for Gokulam Kerala in the Indian Women's League. International Manisha was part of the Indian team since 2015. She plays professionally as defender in the national team. She was in the regular squad member since she started. EMS Stadium
The EMS Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium is currently home of I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC, together with Indian Women's League side Gokulam Kerala FC (women). It could hold more than 50,000 spectators and was built in 1977. The stadium is named after communist leader E.M.S. Namboodiripad who was the first Chief Minister of Kerala. Pyari Xaxa (born 18 May 1997) is an Indian women's international footballer who plays as a forward for Odisha FC and the India national team. Club career Xaxa began her football career with the club Kunwarmunda based in her home State of Odisha.
