Nihad Đedović
Nihad Đedović (born January 12, 1990) is a Bosnian professional basketball player for Unicaja of the Liga ACB. He also represented the Bosnia and Herzegovina national basketball team internationally. Professional career Đedović started his career with KK Bosna, but FC Barcelona signed him when he was just 16 years old. He never got a real chance to play in Barcelona, and spent most of the time on loans in Cornellà, Obradoiro and with Virtus Roma. After leaving Barcelona, he played for Galatasaray and Alba Berlin. In July 2013 he signed for Bayern Munich. In July 2014, it was announced that he signed a two-year extension with the team. On July 11, 2016, Đedović agreed on a contract extension with Bayern until 2018, including a team option for the 2018–19 season. On June 22, 2022, he signed with Unicaja of the Liga ACB. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. The playoffs are played in a "Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are crowned the German Champions of that season. In addition to the league competition, all BBL teams compete for the German Basketball Cup. Pallacanestro Virtus Roma, commonly known as Virtus Roma, was an Italian professional basketball club based in Rome, Lazio. It competed in the first division of Italian basketball, the LBA, for the last time in the 2020–21 season. Since 2009, the title has been awarded to the winner of a tournament competition between top clubs of each Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) season.
