National Highway System (Nepal)
The National Highway System of Nepal is the group of main roads in Nepal. Any highway or road that connects east to west and north to south is considered a National Highway of Nepal.https://tid.p3.gov.np/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Nepal-Road-Standard-2070.pdf This system is different from the Feeder Road system and other local road systems of Nepal. However, it contains freeways that cross through the highlands of eastern, central, and western Nepal. Seti Highway ( ne, सेती राजमार्ग, also referred to as H15) is a highway, in the western region of Nepal. This highway links the towns of Amargadhi, the district headquarter of Dadeldhura and Dipayal Silgadhi, the district headquarter of Doti. Karnali Highway ( ne, कर्णाली राजमार्ग, also referred to as H13) is a highway, and is a vital transport link between two regions in Nepal. This highway links the towns of Jumla with the Karnali capital Birendranagar and rest parts of Surkhet district. Karnali Province is the largest, remotest and the least developed province in Nepal. Rapti Highway ( ne, राप्ती राजमार्ग) is a highway in central Nepal that crosses the districts of Dang, Salyan and West Rukum in a south to north direction.
