Natalia García
Natalia García Timofeeva (born 5 August 1994) is a retired Spanish rhythmic gymnast who was a member of Spain's national rhythmic gymnastics team from 2008 until her retirement in 2021. She has been 5 times nation champion counting all categories: 1 in ''alevín'' (2005), 2 in children (2006 and 2007), 1 in junior (2008) and 1 in junior honor (2009). She has also been 6 times national silver medalist as a senior (2011 - 2016) and won bronze in 2019. She retired on 13 November 2021 at the 6th Ciutat International Trophy in Barcelona after more than 20 years in the world of gymnastics. Personal life Natalia was born in Terrassa, she lived there with her father Manuel Garcia, her mother Leila Timofeeva and her brother Toni. 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships
The 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships was held in Montpellier, France, from September 19–25, 2011 at the Arena Montpellier. Only the top 24 groups from the 2010 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were allowed to take part in the group competition this time. These championships were the first qualifying event for the 2012 Olympics which will be held in London. In the group all-around competition, the top 6 teams qualified directly for the Group Competition at the 2012 Olympics, while teams placed 7th to 12th will get a second chance to qualify at the London test event in January 2012 for additional four spots. In Individual all-around, the top 15 gymnasts in the World Championships earned a place in the Olympic competition for their respective countries (subject to a maximum of two per country) with further 5 places to be decided at the test event (maximum one per country). Pesaro () is a city and ''comune'' in the Italian region of Marche, capital of the Province of Pesaro e Urbino, on the Adriatic Sea. 2010 FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series
The 2010 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics includes six category A events and two category B events. With stopovers in North America and Europe, the competitions took place on January 30–31 in Montreal (CAN), March 6–7 in Debrecem (HUN), March 11–14 in Portimão (POR), March 26–28 in Kalamata (GRE), April 3–4 in Saint Petersburg (RUS), May 7–9 in Corbeil-Essonnes (FRA), May 21–23 in Minsk (BLR) and August 27–29 in Pesaro (ITA). Two events were open only to individual athletes (Montreal and Corbeil-Essonnes), while six were open to both individual athletes and groups. In all of the events, all-around competitions served as qualifications for the finals by apparatus. The world ranking points collected by the competitors at their best four World Cup events added up to a total, and the top scorers in each event were crowned winners of the overall series at the final event in Pesaro, Italy.
