Berjaya Auto Alliance, formerly known as Nasim Sdn Bhd (NSB), is a Malaysian automotive company. Founded in 1997 as Nasim, they become the sole importer and distributor for the Peugeot brand in Malaysia. On 9 June 2022, Nasim was sold to Berjaya Corporation's automotive division, Bermaz Auto, who would become the official distributor for the Peugeot brand in Malaysia. Operations After a year as importer and distributor for Peugeot in Malaysia, Peugeot became the third highest selling European vehicle manufacturer in Malaysia. Nassim Maalouf ( ar, نسيم معلوف) (born 1941 in Kafarakab, Lebanon) is a classical trumpet soloist particularly known for his adaptation of the trumpet to Arabic music with the introduction of quarter tones on the instrument. Family Maalouf's brother is French-Lebanese writer Amin Maalouf; their mother is Egyptian of Turkish origin and their father is a Greek Catholic. Mohammed Nasim (2 April 1948 – 13 June 2020) was a Bangladesh Awami League politician who served as the Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Health and Family Welfare for the Government of Bangladesh respectively during 1999–2001 and 2014–2019. He was a 6-term Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Sirajganj-1 and Sirajganj-2 constituencies. He was a presidium member of Awami League and the spokesperson of the 14-party alliance. Kalat was a first-class cricket team from the Pakistani city of Kalat in the north of Baluchistan province, about 150 kilometres south of Quetta. They had one season of first-class cricket in 1969–70, playing two matches in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. First-class matches The Quaid-e-Azam Trophy was expanded from a 12-team tournament in 1968–69 to a 20-team tournament in 1969–70, and Kalat were one of the new teams. Their two matches took place in the space of 11 days in August 1969. Both were played at the Racecourse Ground in Quetta, and Kalat lost both by an innings. In the first match Kalat made 127 and 87 against Quetta, who declared at 402 for 8. In the second match Public Works Department declared at 524 for 4, and dismissed Kalat for 126 and 102. Abu Saleh Mohammad Nasim Bir Bikrom (born 4 January 1946) is a former Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army. In 1996, he attempted a military coup of the caretaker government which was preparing for general elections. After failure of the coup in 1996, he was arrested, placed under house arrest, and subsequently dismissed from service. That year, the Awami League was elected to power in the government. It reverted Nasim's dismissal from the military and later provided him with an honorable discharge. Early life Nasim graduated from Faujdarhat Cadet College and enrolled as an Airman in the Pakistan Air Force in 1967. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the East Bengal Regiment in 1970 through the Army Cadet College program in PMA Kakul. Mohammad Nasim Akhundzada
Mullah Mohammad Nasim Akhundzada (died 1990) was a mujahideen commander and Pashtun warlord who operated in Helmand Province, Afghanistan during the 1980s. Based out of Musa Qala in northern Helmand, Nasim was from the Alizai tribe. He issued a fatwa legalizing poppy cultivation in 1981.
