Nyköpingsån
Nyköpingsån is a river primarily flowing through Södermanland County in Sweden. The river is named after Nyköping, where it flows into the Baltic Sea. Nyköping is also the largest settlement on the river proper and a large part of the drainage area water is in the corresponding Nyköping Municipality, municipality. Nyköpingsån is one of two rivers to flow into the harbour of Nyköping, the other being Kilaån that winds through the southwestern part of the municipality eastwards from Kolmården. The highest source of the river is the small lake of :sv:Svartsjön (Hallsbergs socken, Närke), Svartsjön in Hallsberg Municipality, Örebro County at above sea level. The innermost and most elevated riverside locality is in Åsbro at when the river passes through the lake of :sv:Tisaren, Tisaren. Nyköping
Nyköping () is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality and the seat of Nyköping Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden with 32,759 inhabitants as of 2017. The city is also the capital of Södermanland County. Including Arnö, the locality on the southern shore of the bay just a couple of kilometres from the city centre, Nyköping would have above 36,000 inhabitants. Commonly, Arnö is referred to as a part of the city proper. It forms a wider conurbation with the neighbouring minor municipality and town of Oxelösund south of its outskirts. The municipality is much larger, although sparsely populated outside of the urban area. Nyköping directly translates to ''Newmarket'' into English. Yngaren
Yngaren is a lake in Södermanland County, Sweden. It is the second largest lake within Södermanland's interior after Båven. Geography Yngaren is located in south-central Södermanland and drains into small river Nyköpingsån through lakes Hallbosjön and Långhalsen followed by Stadsfjärden of downtown Nyköping into the Baltic Sea. The lake is relatively shallow and tends to easily freeze over to Ice, water ice during winter even after short spells below freezing due to its narrow and shallow nature. Kilaån
Kilaån is a river primarily running through the southern parts of Södermanland County in Sweden. Its exodus is in south Nyköping on the Södermanland coast. The river's mouth is only a few hundred metres from the larger river of Nyköpingsån. The peninsula of Arnö and Oxelösund is reached by crossing the small river, being only a few metres wide. Nyköping Municipality
Nyköping Municipality ( sv, Nyköpings kommun) is a municipality in Södermanland County in southeast Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Nyköping, which is containing a majority of the residents. Its southern tip in the district of Tunaberg is the southernmost point of mainland Svealand, one of the three original crowns forming Sweden. The municipality was created in 1971 with the amalgamation of the ''City of Nyköping'' and a great number of other municipalities. It was split up in three parts in 1992, when Gnesta Municipality and Trosa Municipality were created.
