Yngaren
Yngaren is a lake in Södermanland County, Sweden. It is the second largest lake within Södermanland's interior after Båven. Geography Yngaren is located in south-central Södermanland and drains into small river Nyköpingsån through lakes Hallbosjön and Långhalsen followed by Stadsfjärden of downtown Nyköping into the Baltic Sea. The lake is relatively shallow and tends to easily freeze over to Ice, water ice during winter even after short spells below freezing due to its narrow and shallow nature. Even so, its maximum depth of about makes it deeper than most lakes in Södermanland. Yngaren is part of a lake system drained into Nyköpingsån with the aforementioned Hallbosjön and Långhalsen together with Torpsjön (Flen Municipality), Torpsjön, Lidsjön, Båven and some smaller lakes. Vrena
Vrena (local pronunciation ''Vréna'') is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality situated in Nyköping Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden with 630 inhabitants as of 2015. Geography Vrena is located between the lakes of Hallbosjön and Långhalsen along Swedish national road 52, national road 52. The larger lake of Yngaren is also close. The area is surrounded by lakes in multiple directions and is situated on a narrow branch of elevated land that separates the various Sörmlandic lake basins. Vrena's shorelines are at about of elevation. The village is about northwest from downtown Nyköping and south of the smaller town of Flen. The fully open sea is about to the southeast. Nyköpingsån
Nyköpingsån is a river primarily flowing through Södermanland County in Sweden. The river is named after Nyköping, where it flows into the Baltic Sea. Nyköping is also the largest settlement on the river proper and a large part of the drainage area water is in the corresponding Nyköping Municipality, municipality. Nyköpingsån is one of two rivers to flow into the harbour of Nyköping, the other being Kilaån that winds through the southwestern part of the municipality eastwards from Kolmården. Bettna
Bettna is a locality situated in Flen Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden with 412 inhabitants in 2010. It is also a parish with the same name. Bettna is located at a similar distance from Flen, Katrineholm and Nyköping (20-30 km) and about from the nearest village of Vrena across the Nyköping municipal line. The boundary goes a few hundred metres from the village entrance by national road 52. The topography around the village is generally flat with occasional rolling hills and little elevation is covered when travelling to either of the three nearby municipal centres. It lies at roughly above sea level. Bettna is also adjacent to the lake Yngaren and also has other lakes in its vicinity. The oldest part of the church was built in the 12th century. Nyköping Municipality
Nyköping Municipality ( sv, Nyköpings kommun) is a municipality in Södermanland County in southeast Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Nyköping, which is containing a majority of the residents. Its southern tip in the district of Tunaberg is the southernmost point of mainland Svealand, one of the three original crowns forming Sweden. Åkerö Castle
Åkerö, also called Akero or Okera, is an old apple cultivar of presumed Swedish origin, but possibly introduced from the Netherlands. It is a dessert apple with an aromatic flavor. Åkerö was first described by pomologist Olof Eneroth in 1858; parentage is unknown.
