Ntuusi is a settlement in the Central Region of Uganda. Location The settlement is in Lwemiyaga County in Sembabule District in south-western Uganda, approximately south-east of Lwemiyaga, where the county headquarters are located. This is approximately north-west of Sembabule, the site of the district headquarters. Ntuusi is about by road, north-west of Masaka, the nearest large city. Lwemiyaga County is a county in the Central Region of Uganda. Location Lwemiyaga County is north-west of Mawogola County, and together they form Sembabule District. Masaka
Masaka is a city in the Buganda Region of Uganda, west of Lake Victoria. The city is the headquarters of Masaka District. Location Masaka is approximately to the south-west of Kampala on the highway to Mbarara. The city is close to the Equator. Bigo Bya Mugenyi
Bigo bya Mugenyi, also Bigo (the word “Bigo” meaning city), is an extensive alignment of ditches and berms comprising ancient earthworks located in the interlacustrine region of southwestern Uganda. Situated on the southern shore of the Katonga River, Bigo is best described as having two elements. The first consists of a long, irregular ditch and bank alignment with multiple openings that effectively creates an outer boundary by connecting to the Katonga River in the east and the Kakinga swamp to the west. Toward its eastern end the outer ditch branches further to the east to encompass a nearby crossing of the Katonga River. The second element consists of a central, interconnected group of four irregularly shaped ditch and bank enclosures that are connected to the Katonga River by a single ditch.
