Normania Township is a township (T114N R41W) in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 188 at the 2000 census. History Normania Township was originally called Ree Township, and under the latter name was organized in 1872. The present name, adopted in 1874, is supposedly after a place in Norway.
