Nimit Oza
Nimit Oza (b. 3 October 1981) is an Indian writer, columnist, and doctor from Gujarat, India. An urologist by profession, he is known for his novel ''Chromosome XY'' (2019) and ''Pappa ni Girlfriend'' (2020). He won the 2020 Darshak Award for ''Chromosome XY''. Biography Nimit Oza was born on 3 October 1981 in Porbandar to Nikhil Oza and Harshana Oza. He completed his schooling from Dakshinamurti Vinay Mandir, Bhavnagar in 1999. He completed MBBS from Government Medical College, Bhavnagar, and received DNB in Urology from Pune. Works Oza published his first novel, ''Chromosome XY'', in 2019. It is a medical science fiction, and is based on the subject of male pregnancy. His other novels include ''Pappa ni Girlfriend'' (2020) and ''Aham Brahmasmi'' (2021). His literary essays are collected in ''Maati no Manas'' (2017). His ''Ajvala no Autograph'' (2020) and ''Shwas ni Serendipity'' (2020) are the collections of articles on various subjects. Porbandar
Porbandar is a city in the States and territories of India, Indian state of Gujarat, perhaps best known for being the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi and Sudama. It is the administrative center of the Porbandar District and it was the former capital of the Porbandar State, Porbandar princely state. ''Chitralekha'' is a weekly news magazine published in Gujarati and Marathi. History and profile ''Chitralekhas first issue was published in 1950, under the editorship of Vaju Kotak. The magazine is part of the Chitralekha Group from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is jointly published by Chitralekha and #BANNER1 & # Group. It has given rise to many prominent Gujarati columnists including Kanti Bhatt, Chandrakant Bakshi, Taarak Mehta, and others. The Gujarat Literature Festival (abbreviated as GLF), also known as ''Gujarati Sahitya Mahotsav'', is a literary festival which takes place annually in the Indian city Ahmedabad, Gujarat. ''Kumar'' ( gu, કુમાર) is a Gujarati literary magazine founded by Gujarati artist and author Ravishankar Raval in 1924. It is now edited by Dhiru Parikh. The headquarters is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. History ''Kumar'' was founded by Ravishankar Raval in Ahmedabad in 1924. The magazine was started as an avant-garde cultural publication. Bachubhai Ravat served as editor-in-chief from 1924 to 1942 with him. After the death of Ravishankar Raval, Bachubhai served as editor until 1980. After the death of Bachubhai in 1980, Biharibhai Tank became the editor of magazine. In 1987, it was closed. After three years, in 1990, under the editorship of Dhiru Parikh, the publication resumed.
