Nidhi Yasha
Nidhi Yasha (born 26 April 1983) is an Indian costume designer. Nidhi designs costumes for ''Zee TV'''s ''Buddha and Star Plus TV'' series Mahabharat (2013 TV series)(2013) with Bhanu Athaiya as her consulting faculty for the show. Yasha said they studied over 450 books related to period textiles, costume and jewellery to arrive at the look for the show. Early life and education Nidhi Yasha was born in Patna in 1983. She studied at St.Joseph's Convent High School, Patna. She graduated from NIFT, Delhi in the year 2005. Career Nidhi Yasha came to Mumbai in 2008, and handled the menswear division for a retail brand, Wadhawan lifestyle- India from November 2008 to March 2009. She started designing costumes in 2009. Patna ( ), historically known as Pataliputra, is the capital and largest city of the state of Bihar in India. ''Mahabharat'' is a 2013 Indian drama television series based on the Sanskrit epic ''Mahabharata''. It aired from 16 September 2013 to 16 August 2014 on Star Plus. Bhanu Athaiya
Bhanu Athaiya (née Rajopadhye; 28 April 192915 October 2020) was an Indian costume designer and painter. She was the only woman member of the Bombay Progressive Artists' Group and the first Indian to win an Academy Award. Alongside being Bollywood's most iconic costume designer, she had a historically important early career as an artist with contemporaries like M. F. Husain, F. N. Souza and Vasudeo S. Gaitonde. Two of Bhanu Rajopadhye's artworks were included in the 1953 Progressive Artists' Group show in Bombay. After her switch from art to cinema, Bhanu went on to become one of the leading creators of the aesthetic of a young India through her work on costumes for Bollywood films.She worked on over 100 films, with Indian filmmakers such as Guru Dutt, Yash Chopra, B.R. ''Ramleela – Ajay Devgn Ke Saath'' (English: '' Ramleela - With Ajay Devgn''), commonly known as ''Ramleela'' is a mythological on-stage musical drama, based on the famous Indian epic poem '' Ramayan''. The show premiered on 21 October 2012 on Life OK and completed the story in five episodes on 18 November 2012. The show was narrated by Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn, who provided a prologue at the beginning of each episode or act. Shobha Somnath Ki
''Shobha Somnath Ki'' ( en, Shobha of Somnath) is an Indian historical television drama series on Zee TV based on Acharya Chatursen's 1954 Hindi novel ''Somnath Mahalay''. It tells the story of a fictional young female called Shobha amid the infamous raids in western India by Sultan Maḥmūd of Ghazni in the early 11th century. The show replaced another historical drama ''Jhansi Ki Rani'' on Zee TV. Initially, the drama was produced by Contiloe Entertainment.
