Nicol Ruprecht
Nicol Ruprecht (born 2 October 1992) is an Austrian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is Austria's most successful rhythmic gymnast. Personal life Ruprecht was born in Innsbruck. Her younger sister, Anna Ruprecht is also a rhythmic gymnast. Career Ruprecht began rhythmic gymnastics in 2001 and has competed in numerous World Cup and Grand Prix series. She competed in her first Worlds as member of the Austrian Team at the 2010 World Championships in Moscow and the following year at the 2011 World Championships in Montpellier. She competed in the London test event finishing 24th in all-around, she did not qualify to the 2012 London Olympics. She competed at the 2012 Grand Prix Final in Brno where she won bronze in ball and clubs; becoming the first Austrian rhythmic gymnast to win a medal at the Grand Prix Final. The 2016 Olympic Gymnastics Test Event, known officially as Aquece Rio 2016, served as the final qualifier to the gymnastics events at the 2016 Summer Olympics, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Concerns and criticisms During the test event the FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) raised "serious concerns" regarding the state of preparations for the Summer Olympics. Neviana Stanimirova Vladinova ( bg, Невяна Станимирова Владинова, born 23 February 1994) is a retired Bulgarian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2017 World bronze medalist with ball, and was seventh in the all-around at the Rio 2016 Olympics. Career Career beginnings Born in Pleven, Bulgaria, Vladinova began competitive gymnastics in 2000. She appeared in international junior competitions in 2006 and began competing as a senior in 2011 season. In 2013, Vladinova competed at the World Cup series and Grand Prix series. 2015 European Games
The 2015 European Games, also known as Baku 2015 or Baku 2015 European Games ( az, Bakı 2015 Avropa Oyunları), were the inaugural edition of the European Games, an international multi-sport event for athletes representing the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of the European Olympic Committees. It took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 12 to 28 June 2015, and featured almost 6,000 athletes from 50 countries competing in 30 sports, including 15 summer Olympic and 2 non-Olympic sports.
