Nickelodeon Global is a specialized children's TV channel, which is the international version of the American Nickelodeon channel. Operated by Paramount Networks EMEAA. So in the USSR in 1988, when the heads of MTV Networks Europe came to register MTV Europe, Nickelodeon became available without translation in Russia.
