Nathan Peavy
Nathan Peavy De Jesús (born March 31, 1985) is a former Puerto Rican-American professional basketball player who currently serves as head coach for Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He previously served as the head coach of the Salt Lake City Stars of the NBA G League from 2020 to 2022. Between the 2017 and 2020 seasons, he served as assistant coach for the team under head coach Martin Schiller. As a player, Peavy worked with teams in North America and Europe, besides playing as a native in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). In international competition, he represented Puerto Rico. A series of injuries resulted in prolonged periods of inactivity which ultimately led to his retirement. Baloncesto Superior Nacional
The Baloncesto Superior Nacional, abbreviated as BSN, is the first-tier-level professional men's basketball list of basketball leagues, league in Puerto Rico. It was founded in 1929 and is organized by the Puerto Rican Basketball Federation. The Baloncesto Superior Nacional, which is played under FIBA rules of basketball, rules, currently consists of 12 teams, of which the most successful has been the Vaqueros de Bayamón with 16 titles as of 2022. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) Champions Cup is an inactive men's professional basketball game in Germany, which is comparable to other super cup games. The Basketball Bundesliga champion plays the game against the BBL-Pokal winner. Usually, the game is played in the arena of the German League champion, but there are no fixed rules. QTSV Quackenbrück
QTSV Quakenbrück, representing its professional team as Artland Dragons, is a basketball club based in Quakenbrück, Germany. Their home arena was the Artland Arena, which has room for 3,000 spectators. From 2003 till 2015 the club played in the Basketball Bundesliga and in several European competitions. On May 3, 2015, the team announced that it would fold. Ultimately, the management decided to continue operations in the third tier Bundesliga ProB. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. The playoffs are played in a "Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are crowned the German Champions of that season. Martin Schiller
Martin Schiller (born 8 March 1982) is an Austrian professional basketball coach who most recently served as head coach of Casademont Zaragoza of the Liga ACB in Spain. Coaching career Schiller, the son of an Austrian father and a British mother, moved to Germany with his family when he was ten years old and then grew up in the Hamburg area, where he played basketball in the youth set up of TSG Bergedorf. The Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC or CACGs) are a multi-sport regional championship event, held quadrennial (once every four years), typically in the middle (even) year between Summer Olympics.
